To qualify, items must meet the conditions listed below.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in new or like-new condition

All original accessories, parts, filters, and packaging must be included

No signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair

The machine must be clean and free from coffee residue
Note: Used, heavily worn, damaged, or unclean machines cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
If the item shows signs of heavy usage or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.

If your machine arrives damaged or not functioning correctly:

❌ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, the following cannot be returned:
