At Cremasoul, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must meet the conditions listed below.


âś… Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new or like-new condition

  • All original accessories, parts, filters, and packaging must be included

  • No signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair

  • The machine must be clean and free from coffee residue

Note: Used, heavily worn, damaged, or unclean machines cannot be returned.


đź’µ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

If the item shows signs of heavy usage or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.


📦 Return Shipping

  • For defective or damaged items → We cover the return shipping cost

  • For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong model ordered, etc.) →
    Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

We will provide the return address and instructions after your request is approved.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your machine arrives damaged or not functioning correctly:

  1. Take clear photos/videos

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We will replace or resolve the issue immediately

Your satisfaction is always our priority.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Machines with significant wear, scratches, or misuse

  • Machines missing accessories or original packaging

  • Water-damaged or improperly handled products

  • Items used beyond normal testing
