Every Cremasoul espresso machine is backed by a 1-year limited warranty that protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
We stand behind the quality of our products, and our goal is to ensure that you enjoy reliable, long-lasting performance every day.
β What Is Covered
During the 12-month warranty period, Cremasoul will repair or replace (at our discretion) any machine with issues related to:

Pump or motor failure

Temperature/heating issues

Control panel malfunctions

Internal component defects

Manufacturing faults

Steam wand functional issues

Non-user-related performance problems
Repairs or replacements will be provided free of charge for covered issues.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or drops

Commercial misuse (unless machine is commercial model)

Improper cleaning or descaling

Damage caused by using non-compatible voltage or outlets

Water infiltration due to improper handling

Wear-and-tear parts such as filters, baskets, seals, or plastic accessories

Damage from unauthorized repairs or opening the machine

Cosmetic scratches or dents after use

Damage caused by mineral buildup due to hard water
If the machine is heavily used, burned, broken, or physically damaged, the warranty will not apply.
